Mark as Useful If you call the number back, it tells you that it's for a political research company. Listen long enough and it gives you an option to "press 1" to remove yourself from their calling list then hangs up.
I did it and no more phone calls tonight.

Mark as Useful Have gotten over 25 calls from this damn number in the past 4 days, 9 of them on Sunday so it is not a ligitimate call from citibank, no one ever says anything, a recording to press 1 for english and so on, first off this is America speak english or dont call me and dont call me with a recording.
